All Imaginita pieces are unique, hand made, one of a kind jewels. Each piece by Imaginita features semi-precious stones, crystals and/or precious metals and threads. Some variations in stone may occur as the stones used to produce Imaginita Jewelry are generally rare and limited in availability. Please do not expose your Imaginita Jewelry directly to water, especially salt water, as this will degrade the jewelry and cause discoloration to some pieces.

Order Status
We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

SHIPPING
- As most of our pieces are made from rare stones, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email.
- Once orders have been received, all pieces are made to order.
- Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holiday.
- Shipments are made via USPS registered mail.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We want all of our customers to feel good about their purchases. Unworn, unaltered jewelry with tags attached and in its original packaging may be returned for a refund, to Imaginita within 7 days of receipt. Please email [email protected] for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order.
If goods are faulty, please communicate with us within 48 hours after receiving the item to discuss the damage and need for return/exchange at [email protected]. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware we can only replace it for the same item, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

JEWELRY CARE
Your unique handmade Imaginita jewelry is delicate and should be treated with the utmost care. Each Imaginita jewelry is made from high quality materials, often cut from natural sources. The use of hairsprays, lotions, colognes or perfumes can alter the natural state of the materials used. For this reason, our pieces are highly sensitive to water, especially salt water, and wearing them while sleeping, showering, exercising, or in a pool or sauna should be avoided. These elements can weaken the jewelry. To maintain the beauty of your Imaginita jewelry, we recommend cleaning the beads with mineral oil and wiping off with a soft, white cloth. Once jewelry has been cleaned, place your jewelry in the included Imaginita velvet pouch.
